Understanding the meaning of "Yes and No"

She says - "If you write about me in your blog, you may not find any content to write about me in the future"
She again says - "Why dint you write about me in your blog ?"

She says - "I dont want to talk with you"
She immediately requests - "Friends?"

She says - "I am asking you too many questions"
She immediately asks - "Did you watch Lord of the Rings?"

She says - "I want to eat only one chocolate per day"
She immediately grabs the second one.

She says " You are too sensitive"
She immediately says - "I want to go home. I am missing it"

I am happy to be " I, me and You".

Uff.. I hope I am dreaming too much. Enough for the day .. Its 4.35 AM.... :((((

Congratulations to Sandesh and Saranyan

Finally, Sandesh's dream to go onsite is fulfilled. I think he might have reached US by this time.
Anyways, Congrats Sandesh and I wish you all the best.

Saranyan cracked CAT and got into IIM A. Congratulations to him as well. He finally did it. He was the first one in our batch to get a call from IIM and now he finally got into IIM A. All the best mami. Enjoyyy !!!

Happy Birthday Sister...

To start with, "Best wishes to my sister. Let her dreams come true in this year." Another way of wishing and the wishing style that is stored in my mind (right after reading the sms in my sis's mobile on apr 23rd, 2007) - " I wish you all the best for all your future endeavors. Have a great year ahead and enjoy." I think I have done my job - "passing on the wishes :))". I dont know how many can understand what exactly is going on!!!

Now its 3.48 AM.. I have just seen the movie - " My boy friend is type B". Its not a bad movie and definitely reached my expectations. The lead roles were like made for each other. I dont know why but there were six unsuccessful attempts to finish off the movie at a stretch. Today, I am proud of myself that I finished the movie successfully. I liked the way the hero used animation to convey the message to heroine. It reminded me of my past :)) but, ofcourse, not in the context of love.

This week has moved at a very fast pace and I feel like I am somewhere in the beginning of the week. My boss sometimes likes my work and sometimes doesn't. I am trying my level best to stick to the deadlines. Now, I am feeling the heat of managerial work. When I was in HSBC, I used to think that managerial work, like filling time sheets, working on excel sheets etc, were pretty easy and not of any use. But when I myself started to work on them, I realized excel sheets have so much potential to impress some one.

Apart from this, the remains of our "hard"work that we left with our professors is being reflected in a pdf document. Yes, its about our marks. QAM(quants) results were out and I crossed the border. There is one more hurdle that I need to cross. I am so worried about that subject.

I have booked the tickets for Mr. Perfect. I dint inform raghu about the same. Normally, he doesnt like to watch a telugu movie. When I told him about the telugu movie plan he simply said "no". I am confident that I can convince him and so I booked the tickets. I am very eager to see the theater because when I was booking tickets I observed that there are only 6 rows present in the theater.

I hope Sandesh and Isaac must be having a good day - good friday. :)
Now, I try to wish them -
The Lord lights up our way into eternal bliss. Good Friday! (Source - Internet)

BTW, I forgot to mention one important point. Thanks Srilu for becoming a fan to my blog. :)). I am still confused. The lady, who told that my blog was boring, finally became a fan. When I asked her the same, she told that she wanted to help me in writing my blog creatively. Anyways Srilu, I am eagerly waiting for your inputs.

Thats it...

Apologies to Lokesh :(((

For the first time I felt something bad about my blog. I felt bad for two reasons.

In one of my previous posts I mentioned something about Lokesh and it was absolutely a "lie". I am sorry about that. Just because of such a thing, I dont want to upset him nor our friendship. I hope that "third person" can understand this. Whatever it is, once again, I am sorry.

The second reason was about giving my blog address to my friend at Siemens. Somehow, ego came into picture and played its role. But one thing was sure, I shouldn't have done that way.

Apart from that, it was a good day. I had some moments to remember. Today is the first time, my boss said "good" about my work. I know that I just have started my journey and destination seems to be on the other end of the Earth.

I felt a bit sad and happy about my sis when she told me about her TOEFL score. I was sad that she was depressed about her score. I was happy that I was satisfied with that score. One thing is for sure - the way she came for the exam and the score she got dint match. She looked as if she came to write that exam for time pass. But her score conveys something else. Anyways, congrats to my sis.

I feel like writing about someone but ..... as of now my hands are tied.

Finally again back to title of the post.. Apologies to Lokesh

Thats it.......................

Anything except office Work !!!!

What a day it was. I just spent the whole day doing nothing. But I really liked this day. Movies, internet - chatting, food, a little walk and thats the end of the day.

I got up late and started the day with a voice chat. It was srilu. As it is, she tried to pull my leg and as it is with a smile I dint answer any of her questions. Now a days she has a standard question in her armory - " Why dint you attend my marriage ?". Though she knows it was an unavoidable reason, yet .... Jokes apart she says Lokesh is her best friend. That is too bad. Lokesh got all the credit just for one reason - he attended Srilu's marriage.

Today I have seen this movie black swan. It was a good movie. Natalie portman, seriously, deserves oscar. The last dialogues of the movie - "I felt it". "I felt perfect".
I liked the way she tried to involve herself into the character.

This week is lined up with some important events
My sis's bday and some of my close friend's bdays too.

An hour ago, Angadh was mentioning about some traces of tiger in the campus. Now, I feel like seeing them. I think Angadh might be kidding but chances are that it could be real. This area is surrounded by forest and so there is probability of wild animals but I dont know about tigers.

Thats it ....................................

Band Stand

In my view, the most rocking places in Mumbai, of all the places I visited, are - Band Stand and Kattur Road. It was amazing. I dont have words to explain them. Saturday's biggest surprise was the call from Raghu. Thanks to him otherwise it could be a boring weekend. Angadh, my roomie, also deserve an applause because he was the one who took me to that place. It was first time, in Mumbai, I traveled in a local train. I dint feel anything great nor the other way. It was okayish. But the most important aspect is the use of technology. I liked the way they were updating about the next stops. It made our life easy and it was something that is very much needed for someone who is relatively new to the city. I want to see the same in case of Hyd and Chennai Metros. After a tiresome journey of one hour, we finally reached band stand and met raghu there. The first thing I could notice was his bag. He carries that bag where ever he goes. Forgot to mention - He carries his water bottle too. The same water bottle I have been seeing for the past one year. I am eager to see till how many days he is gonna maintain that !!! After some talk, we went to Kattur Road. The real fun was there. It has the essence of posh culture. Apart from posh culture, the whole street was lined-up with hotels. The taste is awesome and I felt it was worth paying for such a high priced items. I had biryani there and I was eating biryani after a month. I was so desperate about it. The place is filled with VIPs - for instance I saw a car with number "1". Its just one and nothing else. The car is followed by a convoy. After dinner, raghu left. Angadh and I went to beach and had some snaps there. The beach was crowded even at 12.30 AM. The kids, couples, parents everyone were out there at that time. Definitely something to understand about how India is going ahead !!!! I was back to the hostel by 1.30 AM...

Office @ Mumbai

Its been the most relaxing week. My project coach was on some trip and so I was relaxing to the maximum extent. But I know, it may not be the same the next week.

There are 5 trainees including me. Out of which one from IIMB, one from IIC, one from XLRI and priyanka and me from IIML. We are all fighting for one thing - Pre-placement offer. I find one of them so desperate about it. The rest are just like me :).

I, at times, feel like I was back in HSBC. The same old life. But the only difference is that I reach office by 9.30 where as in HSBC, I used to reach the office by 11 :). The "sametime" chats in HSBC is now similar to the "communicator" chats. The only difference, as you clearly observe, is in the name of the software.

I haven't come across any interesting character.
